石油焦炭 Petroleum coke
根據摩擦片需要，采用優質石油焦，并嚴格按摩擦片所特需要求控制煅燒溫度，使其真密度控制在一定的范圍內，產出的焦碳較柔軟、與剎車盤高速摩擦中無響聲。由于其氣孔度較好，與其它物質具有很好的結合度，使摩擦片有較高的散熱性能及摩擦系數和強度。
規格： 0-0.3 mm、0-0.5 mm、0.2-0.8 mm、0.5-1.0 mm、0.8-1.2 mm等
含碳量：≥99%
用途： 汽車、機車、工程機械、鉆井機、電梯等離合器片、制動蹄（鼓剎）等
The high-quality petroleum coke is used for making friction pads. The temperature is strictly controlled to keep the real density within certain range. The coke processed in this way is soft, and makes no noise in the high-speed friction with brake disc. It also combines with other materials well due to its good porosity. Application of petroleum coke will improve the heat radiation, promote the friction factor and strength of the friction pads.
